Unless otherwise stated, all items listed on the Spirit Connection Art online catalogue are subject to postage and handling fees.

Delivery can be from 10 to 14 working days within Australia.

Shipping charges are determined via Australia Post calculator according to the item’s weight and displayed on your screen prior to final checkout for both Australian and International customers.

Damaged Prints and Merchandise
Any problems with shipping be it damage or delivery failure, must be reported immediately. Call us on +61411410058.

Returns Policy – 14 Days Satisfaction Guaranteed except for Tarot Readings, Meditation Classes, Courses and Attunements. We have a no refund or exchange policy on those services.

Due to differences in the way that computer monitors display colours and tones we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s representation of any colour will be accurate. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund less the cost of shipping & handling. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in good order and condition. The cost of returning the item is to be covered by the customer.

If you wish to return an item purchased through this website you must first contact Spirit Connection Art by email or telephone +61 411 410058 , to obtain an authorisation reference. Refunds on return goods will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Order Pickup: We do allow customers to come to our studio and arrange to pick up their order if they are in town. Order pickup is free. After you place the order we will call you when it’s ready to be picked up. An appointment will need to be made as the studio is not a gallery. WE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF FOUR DAYS NOTICE before any pickup. We are not open on Sunday.
